5. Order Acceptance
UpgradeDeals.shop reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed through the website. If we cancel an order after the payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to the original method of payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your products within the estimated time frame provided at the time of order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, or natural disasters.
7. Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info.upgrdedeals@gmail.com.
8. Return Policy
We accept returns for damaged or faulty products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
